Platinum-selling Australian singer and songwriter Dean Lewis is currently on his ‘Sad Boi Winter’ summer tour across the United States. Los Angeles was the second stop of his tour, where he played at The Fonda Theatre on June 8.
Dean Lewis played many of his hit songs as well as his newest single “Hurtless”. He finished his set with the crowd favorite “Be Alright”. As a performer, Dean Lewis was very captivating. He was able to keep the crowd entertained and well as be a storyteller for his music.
I think my favorite part of the show was hearing the crowd sing Dean Lewis’s songs back to him. Dean’s music is based on his real life and it’s amazing to hear and see his fans relate to the music as well as show their own emotionally connections to the songs.
If you’ve ever heard a Dean Lewis song, you know how emotional it can be and that’s only magnified at his concert. It was truly an amazing experience, so if you can do yourself a favor and go see Dean Lewis in concert.
The Australian native Dean Lewis is continuing his US tour through July 10, and then will start the European leg of his tour through to the Autumn. He is also doing multiple stops across the UK and then he will move and finish up the year performing in his home country.
